Need changes to a header image I previously developed for you?  Happy to update it!  Here are the steps:

PLEASE NOTE:  THIS IS TO CHANGE AN EXISTING HEADER, NOT TO CREATE A NEW ONE FROM SCRATCH.  If you need a NEW header created, go here.

Step 1;

Purchase this Change Header Service
Step 2;

Fill out another Header Design Information form indicating what needs to be changed

(Tip: click it now so you'll have it ready after checking out, also linked in the top menu under Forms Info → Header Design Information Form)
Step 3;

After receiving your order and form, I'll start revising your header

When the new version is ready, I'll email a proof for you to check carefully to make sure everything is the way you want it. 

Once the header has been finalized, I'll send the image to you in email.  You can then add them to the designated space at the top of each form, saving each form with a different filename to create a set of forms with your custom header already applied and ready to go!  

PLEASE NOTE:  This option is a separate product that must be purchased in addition to the form(s) you select.  (Only one header design service is needed for each header, no matter how many forms are purchased).
