Version Upgrades Automatic After Jan 2022

In January 2022, LactForms was migrated to Shopify, which sends an automatic email with a download link each time a new version is uploaded to the site. If you didn't get that email AND a new version is available, this is the right place to request the latest version.

Forms Purchased Before January 2022

Purchases before January 2022 aren't in the new site database, so upgrades will be sent manually upon request. If there is a new version of a form you previously purchased from LactForms, this is the right place to request it.

Version 7 of the Clinical Charting forms, Rental forms, and Doctor Report template are currently in development and not yet available for upgrade (but coming soon!)
