Watch your email for the first draft of your new custom header design (1-3 days after form submission)

When the first draft of your header design is ready, an email will be sent with an image to review. Changes and edits are always welcome!

Once your custom header design has been finalized and just the way you want it, you'll receive the image by email. It can then be saved to your device, added to the header space at the top of each LactForm, and the form saved with a different filename to create a template for ongoing use.
