Need changes to a custom header image previously developed for you? Happy to update it! Here are the steps:
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS TO CHANGE AN EXISTING HEADER, NOT TO CREATE A NEW ONE FROM SCRATCH. If you need a NEW header created, go here.

Fill out another Header Design Information Form indicating what needs to be changed

Watch your email for the first draft of your custom header design (1-3 days after form submission)
When the first draft of the new version is ready in a few day, an email will be sent with an image to review. Changes and edits are always welcome!
Once your custom header design has been finalized and just the way you want it, you'll receive the image by email. It can then be saved to your device, added to the header space at the top of each LactForm, and the form saved with a different filename to create a template for ongoing use.
PLEASE NOTE: This option is a separate product that must be purchased in addition to the form(s) you select. (Only one header design service is needed for each header, no matter how many forms are purchased.)
