Custom LactForms Color Design Service Info
Any LactForm can be converted to match your branding colors. A great way to make your practice stand out from the crowd!
The pricing depends on:
- Whether this color combination will be exclusive (only for you) or non-exclusive (available to add to LactForms color options for sale to other customers), and
- How many LactForms will be converted (forms sold separately)
The Custom Colors option must be purchased for each form type to be converted (Superbills, Clinical Charting, Referral Script, Rentals).
Three Colors Needed
Three colors are required to convert LactForms to custom colors:
- Dark color: Used for borders and text
- Medium color: Used for top-level headers
- Light color: Used for second-level headers
Hex Codes Are Helpful
Hex codes are six digit (letters and numbers) codes used to specify exact colors. They are identified with a hashtag (#) and look something like this: #0d416e. Hex codes are very helpful to communicate your exact branding colors. You don't need to know your colors hex codes (you can share your website or upload an image instead), but to make sure the correct colors are used, here's a color picker to find the hex codes for your branding colors:
Fill Out the Custom Colors Form After Purchase
After completing your Custom Colors purchase, please fill out the Custom Colors Form to submit your branding colors. Converted forms will be sent by email within one week (if longer is needed, you'll be contacted by email).
