• Adjusted overall character and line spacing alignments:
• Both parent and child now have same line heights overall, identical Parent section spacing, and identical Fee section spacing except Child has one more line (Other Child Services)
• Standardized font sizes, types, and specs
• Added to format type to version ("Mobile Fillable," "Smart Fillable," Office Printable," Pro Printable")

 Parent Information Section:

• Widened parent info text fields
• Parent:  Moved prenatal/postpartum field lower to Parent birth date, date issue began line to make more space for parent name
• Child:  Moved gender field lower to Child birth date, date issue began line to make more space for parent name

• Added to secondary diagnosis "(select all observed, except when education is only service)"
• Parent:
