Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.
LactForms does not currently sell any personal information about our customers to other companies and do not plan to do so in the future. But like many online retailers, we may elect to use services that help deliver interest-based ads to our customers, requiring transfer of Personal Information (like online identifiers or browsing activity) to business partners for their use. This could be construed as "selling" under the CPA. Making Personal Information (such as online identifiers or browsing activity) available to these companies may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.
