Forms in many colors to coordinate with your company branding

Header text colors can be changed to match your company branding

The new Version 8 Superbills are currently available in:

Blue          Green          Grey
Orange          Pink          Purple

More colors will be added over time  

Referral Script forms are available in blue and grey, with other colors coming soon. 

Clinical Charting forms are currently only available in grey but the new Version 8 launching soon will be available in other colors.

If your company branding colors aren’t currently offered, I’ll be happy to convert them for a modest fee, depending on whether you need the colors to be exclusive (not available to anyone else) or if you’re comfortable allowing them to be included as a new option to other customers.
