The initial logo design will be sent for your review by email within one week (if longer is needed, you'll be contacted by email).

Watch Your Email for New Logo Design

When your logo design is ready, you'll get an email with the design within a few days so you can check it over carefully to make sure everything is the way you want it. Changes and edits are always welcome!

Once the header has been finalized, it will be emailed to you. Then add it to the designated space at the top of each form, saving each form with a different filename to create a set of forms with your custom header already applied and ready to go!
