Custom LactForms Colors Info Form

The form below is for sharing the information needed to convert your LactForms to custom branding colors after purchasing the Custom Form Colors option (LactForms sold separately).

Three Colors Needed

Three colors are required to convert LactForms to custom colors: 

1. Dark color: Used for borders and text
2. Medium color: Used for top-level headers
3. Light color: Used for second-level headers

Hex Codes Are Helpful

Hex codes are six digit (letters and numbers) codes used to specify exact colors. They are identified with a hashtag (#) and look something like this: #0d416e. Hex codes are very helpful to communicate your exact branding colors. You don't need to know your colors hex codes (you can share your website or upload an image instead), but to make sure the correct colors are used, here's a color picker to find the hex codes for your branding colors:
